target has a lot of cute bags which are really affordable as well. you might wanna try plato's closet..they have a ton of Designer bags under like 15 dollars. some clothing stores like forever 21, wet seal, deb, 5-7-9, and anchor blue have some bags that are not really pricey. x]

I recommend Target, they’ve really adorable things at low prices. Though a lot of my Handbags are Designer, I purchase nearly half of them at target because they are just adorable! Another great option is Walmart they have once again, adorable things at low prices. Good luck!
