if a Chanel handbag says made in france is it real? what if it states made in italy? i found one of each on ebay. can you tell me if either is fake? and how can you tell?

Chanel bags are mainly manufactured in Italy, but there ARE some manufactured in France as well. So the first one could definitely be real. It's really depending on the purse itself. It is hard to tell from photos.

Chanel bags have perfect..everything. They don't even have a stitch out of place. Chanel bags are always made with pebbled skin. Not smooth. Buying stuff from the internet is always a chance. You can never have 100% proof. The only way to know for sure is to go to an actual Chanel store.

the second one is definately real. The first one I’m iffy about because they dont offer returns and do no guarantee authenticity. If you are bidding on a name brand bag like that on ebay be sure it says “guaranteed authenticity” and if it doesnt then send them a message and ask them if they guarantee it.

they both kinda look real but they might not be an actual real Chanel, Chanel gives permision to some places to make there bags but there a little different and not all real, the real ones have a security id number but the other ones dont.
